  • How do I sign up to be an exhibitor?

    Links to the exhibitor contract can be found on this page and on the exhibitor dashboard. Scroll up, check your email, or contact your Category Manager for more information.

  • If I have questions about my booth space, who do I contact?

    Contact your Category Manager directly with any questions regarding your exhibit space.

  • How do I book my hotel room(s)

    We have secured a block of rooms just for exhbitors and is accessed through a link found on this page and also on the Exhibitor Dashboard.  Check your email or scroll up to find the link.

  • How do I get my freight to The Expo?

    We have set up programs to minimize cost and ensure your freight gets to the show safely and on time. Please go to the Exhibitor Dashboard for more information. If you have additional questions, please contact your Category Manager or Events Team for more information.

  • Am I allowed to sell or give product away in my booth?

    Companies are NOT permitted to sell anything for delivery at the EXPO; orders may be taken for future delivery ONLY. Giveaways are permitted in accordance with the EXPO Rules and Regulations and are subject to Show Management approval.

  • When will I receive my exhibitor badge(s)?

    Badges may be received at the Registration Desk prior to show floor entry. Registration hours can be found on the Exhibitor Agenda page. Badges must be worn at all times on the EXPO show floor and are required for entry to the floor.
